Program Measurement
Data for evaluating the performance of both ScriptGuide and CarePoints is sourced directly from a patient's pharmacy transaction or physician's prescription record. All data used for testing is de-identified patient-level data, the most granular data available in the industry today. Granularity allows for robust, flexible analysis to uncover not just program results, but key drivers to a program's success.
Methodology
The CarePoints and ScriptGuide interventions use the most appropriate analytical methodologies and techniques available today. The foundation of every analysis is randomized in a way similar to what pharmaceutical manufacturers use in their clinical trials. Such a methodology assures that a comparison of patient behavior between test and control cells is statistically valid and will yield reliable findings.
Study Metrics
LDM provides many types of analytical reporting features to partners: affinity reports, fill-rate analysis, true switch trend analysis, and switch trend analysis. The metrics of each study provided are dependent on the objective(s), strategy(s) and tactic(s) of each individual execution. The most common study metrics that yield the appropriate understanding and insight into each program include, but are not limited to:
